Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

Item must be unused and in original packaging. Item must be in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase required.

How to Return

Email us at info@apexfade.co.uk with your order number, reason for return and photos if item is damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and notify you. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.

Delivery Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
